GENERAL NOTES
🧵✨ Friday Morning Schedule
If you are participating in the swap, please arrive at 8:00 AM so we have time to complete it before class.
All others should arrive by 9:15 AM to find your table and set up your sewing machine.
We are slightly flexible Friday morning if the swap runs long. Announcements will follow 📣, and class will begin around 10:00 AM and run for a full day 🪡✨
Final schedule is pending after my meeting next week, but this will closely follow our previous event—so no big surprises.
⚡✨ Important Equipment Notes
You will be seated in table groups of 4–5, referred to as “pods.”
• Bring a surge protector for your sewing machine ⚡ (we recommend at least two per pod).
• The hotel does not provide irons, and irons from guest rooms are not allowed in the ballroom 🚫. Pods will need to coordinate an iron, pressing mat, and cutting mats 🧺✂️

I’ve been onsite frequently finalizing details—ballroom setup, staff coordination, and multiple menu revisions with the hotel team. We’re making sure everything is dialed in for a smooth and enjoyable event 💫

• Due to allergies, we will not have strawberries 🍓, pineapple 🍍, or almonds 🌰. If there is anything else we should be aware of, please PM me as soon as possible. We will have options for everyone, including diabetic-friendly choices 😊💕
