RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! Once it has been given to USPS or UPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. There is a 25% restocking fee if the ordered fabric is incorrect for your purposes. If the fault is ours, we’ll make it right.
Fabrics which are cut are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations. This particularly applies on PREORDER items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales of those fabrics. If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our shop. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
Preorders – All preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Blocks of the Month are non-cancellable within 30 days of the start date or during the block of the month. We welcome you to find a replacement person for your spot if you must cancel.
